          1993 BMW 325i

          Reposting with better pictures.

Automatic, 245,000kms. Sunroof, Heat, AC, central locks all work.

Tires are in great shape, 80% tread.

Car runs and drives great, it's my daily driver. The car is in great shape for its age.

I've put $1300 into it recently. Car has a new radiator, expansion tank, upper and lower rad hoses, and a MAF. I had the brakes checked, coolant flushed, and oil changed as well.

Car will need rear brakes done soon but front have lots of life left. Brake wear light is on. Passenger window is also off track at the moment.

Asking $3000, open to offers within reason. Also open to trades.

For the best e46 m3 exhaust sound — BC BMW

Currently, I have the SGT headers and eisenmann muffler. I'm trying to make the sound more deeper by adding ar20/ar25 resonators in section 1 or thinking of getting a custom straight pipe made with a muffler delete.

Just looking to see if anyone had any experience with them or knows the better between those two.

I'm open to suggestions so if there are other methods to do it, I'm very inclined to it.

                      BMW E46 E39 E53 Coby M Thickened Alcantara Tri-Colour Steering Wheel — BC BMW

Selling my Coby alcantara M steering wheel off of my BMW E46 M3. The fit and finish is perfect and I've never had any issues. This is the thickened wheel finished in Stock Grey 9002 alcantara.

The wheel was used on and off for the past couple years, mainly in the summer. I'd rate the wheel an 9/10 on condition. Mind you, I took the photos in direct sunlight to give you a better indication of the condition, it looks much better in the car, as well as slightly darker. The only wear areas are at 10 and 2, not very noticeable in car.

This was purchased without the core exchange, so the total cost was $200+250+ shipping and taxes, nearing $560USD ($750CAD)

Looking for $450, selling as I want to move onto a perforated leather or different style alcantara wheel. I can also install the wheel for another $40.

                        E46 Eibach 2067.880 Pro-Plus Springs + Sway bars — BC BMW

                        *Updated Photos*

Couldn't update photos so recreated the ad. Got these as a gift for my car but turns out their meant for an e46 (mistakes happen). Looking to recoup losses or trade for e90 parts. Brand new in box. Kit includes front + rear springs & sway bars. If you're wondering why I wont ship them back well for the record shipping these big ass boxes internationally is expensive (yes, even if I drive down across the border with them).

                        Anyways, meant for 1999 - 2006 e46 (non M3). Will fit:

                        320i

                        323i

                        330i

                        < p>330ci

Pro-Kit Springs Average lowering of 1.0-1.4"F 0.8-1.4"R (obviously less of a difference if you have M-Sport Suspension)

Anti-Roll Sway Bar Kit (adjustable front) 27mm Front/ 21mm Rear

                        More details here:

Selling for $800 obo. Had similar setup on my old e46 and they make a substantial difference in handling with the elimination of body roll.

Considering selling my 1993 BMW 325i.

                          245,000 kms, Automatic, 4 door. 2.5L I6.

Runs and drives great, currently my daily driver. Very clean car for its age.

Have $1100 in receipts for recent work. Car just had a brand new radiator installed, new upper and lower radiator hoses, new Maf, coolant flushed, oil was changed, and brakes were checked. Tires are in great shape, around 80% tread.

Car will need rear brakes done soon, wear indicator light is on. Front have plenty of pad left.

Front passenger window is currently off track, and the car has a little bit of rust on the passenger wheel well. Couple small dings, other than that no issues.

                          PM me with any questions.

E34 M5 Turbine wheel covers — BC BMW

Selling my set of four E34 M5 Style 20 Turbine M-system wheel covers. These mount to the same M-System wheels as the throwing star covers.

                            Covers only, no wheels.

These were refinished and repainted by Greens in 2012 and have been on the road for maybe a total of about one month since refinishing.

Included are 4 covers, fins, and centers with new BMW roundel stickers. The fins are black and are a bit dusty but the covers are mint, 10/10.

BMW triple square mounting hardware not included, but I would recommend allen bolts over the triple squares anyway. Easily obtained and no special tools required.

                            $1000 obo.

I was hit in November on my passenger side and since then, my brakes (only on the passenger side) have been super fucking loud.

(I cleaned these a day ago, keep in mind)

My cars going in for a service and for the icbc claim (other party was liable 100%) on the 4th if my work can't get me in sooner.

Any ideas? Broken brake line maybe?

Attention electrical savy e36 owners, Im looking for some help confirming that this starter relay is what is causing my headches. Is there any way to test that this is operating properly without just throwing a new part at the problem? Its a 9 pin relay under the dash on my 95 325is and they are accross the country and bloody expensive so Im hoping there might be some resistance tests to confirm before orddering. Thanks in advance for any help you can give

I'm selling a set of 19 inch CSL style Alufelgen CS7 wheels in a gunmetal finish. They are in mint condition, absolutely no curb rash or cracks. Only reason I'm selling is that I found another set I want to try, otherwise I would've still kept these.

                                          Sizes are

                                          Front: 19x8.5 et35 5x120

                                          Rear: 19x9.5 et30 5x120

These were on my E46 M3, but will fit any BMW model. Please message me if you have any questions. The set does not come with tires.

Asking $1300, but all reasonable offers will be considered. Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my e30 and I'm way out of town with basically just the tool kit in the car. Looking for a hand with things to check on before I resort to a 100+km tow.

Problem: Car seems to be losing throttle input while driving. Highway speeds in this case, at any throttle position. It'll have a well defined cut in throttle with no sputtering, just regular condition to coasting. Sometimes it'll drop to idle, others it'll die complely. I can then restart and resume normal driving for a couple minutes (variable amount of time from 30s to a few minutes) before it cuts out again. If I shut down and let the car rest for ~10 minutes it'll go for a bit longer but inevitably die again. I can also start & idle and it will suddenly begin surging.

Conditions: Only at operating temperature, no sign of this until car is fully warmed after 15-20min. Performance otherwise is unaffected. Car is an '86 325e. No cruise control, five speed. Symptoms continued after disconnecting the battery. Behavior is not indicative of fuel starvation.

I'm thinking electrical in the form of a bad ground or the ECU failing. The car has done this once before, about a year ago and cleared up immediately after restarting. ICV when disconnected still gave surging before dying.

Video attached is after a hot restart showing the surging.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Very clean shell, 1 very small rust spot on trunk lid. Frames are immaculate.

                                                    Cons:

                                                    Power steering is leaking somewhere

Head gasket is blown (I think) it's leaking coolant out of what seems to be the block.

                                                    Upper rad hose is leaking

Driver side seat has small rip

Is having some fuel delivery issues, either fuel filter or FPR.

                                                    Wheels are currently mis-matched.

                                                    1 headlight is out.

Can include s50 cams for extra.

Good for anyone mechanically inclined. I just put this engine in but was unfortunately screwed by the seller of the engine. I don't have the time or money right now to fix everything. Still runs

Will trade for reliable daily. PM me for more info.

WTB: E46 Rear Subframe (M3) and Rear Seat Belt Receptacle (Coupe) — BC BMW

                                                      Hey guys,

As the title states, looking for the following:

                                                      - E46 M3 rear subframe in good condition - pain t and surface rust isn't a big deal. As long as it there are no structural issues

                                                      - rear seat belt receptacle from any E46 Coupe. . Not sure if the sedans are the same. I essentially need the longest receptacle out of the 3 in the back. Whether it's by itself, or still connected to the other receptacle/strap (I forget whether it's on the passenger or driver side)

If you have either, please let me know.

                                                      Thanks!

For Rent: RTAB Tool for E36/E46 (and some others) — BC BMW

                                                        Hey guys,

I ended up buying one of these RTAB removal tools a few weeks back to remove the RTAB's on my E46M. Its essentially a custom fabricated copy of the MIS tool and looks pretty much the same as the one pictured below (not my picture). It ended up working out very well once I replaced the original bolt with my own hardened steel rod/nut combo (B7 Rod with Grade 8 nuts).

This should help you remove your rtabs in as little as 30-45 seconds each side as long as your rtabs are not severely seized/rusted/corroded to the carrier. If it is, the tool will still do its magic but you will need to do a little more leg work to prep the rtab a bit (maybe an extra 10 minutes to the job).

Anyway, if you are looking to do your own RTABs on your E36/E46, this tool could save you a ton of headache.

Deposit of $100 required but will be returned to you once you return the tool.

Rental is $35 for 10 days

If you need it for 1 or 2 more days, no big deal. But if you need it longer, I'll start charging an extra $10 for every 7 extra days.

Once the tool is returned to me in good order, I'll deduct the rental cost from the deposit and refund you the difference.

                                                        I'm located in Vancouver.

2x Recaro SPD reclining seats with e36 mounting hardware — BC BMW

Selling this pair of seats and mounts as it's time to let go and stop hoarding mods!

I don't know if $2400 is fair market value so I am willing to accept lower offers if you back it up with some evidence. The seats are in 9.5/10 condition and were installed on my car for 1500 km or so.

They are leather (faux? not sure) sides with suede inserts. Super comfortable and great for a daily driver. I might have a brand new pair of Schroth Racing harnesses which are retractable available if I can dig them up and I'd be willing to let those go for $150 with the sales of the seats or $200 separate). These seats will fit someone under 190 pounds quite comfortably, I believe. Come have a sit if you're unsure.

I for sure have all of the mounting bracket hardware for one of the seats and I should be able to find the rest for the second seat. In the event I cannot dig up the second set of mounting hardware I will discount the sale by $200.

If you want to view them my best availability is Tuesday - Thursday, evenings in Richmond.

                                                            Cheers

Hey bimmerheads, I have been sitting on this build for quite some time now without any progress. Due to life obligations I've decided to let this build go on to someone that will actually make use of it.

A little backstory, I was sideswiped in my '97 E36 ESTS M3 (ice/snow on the roads, low speed, about 20-30 miles/hr however both the front and rear hit a median). The damage to the rear was minor however damage to the front was the complete front end though not past the radiator fan (lights, fender, hood, bumper, radiator, intercooler, oil expansion tank were damaged). The car was a write-off so it's only good for what's remaining of the parts (I've parted out the suspension, interior etc). The front of the motor was impacted up to the radiator so to bring the drivetrain back to 100% it will need a radiator/fan, intercooler/expansion tank for the ESTS as well as any misc hoses.

I would like to mention that prior to the fender bender the car was in immaculate running condition with all of these parts professionally installed at reputable shops and the car was tuned perfectly. It pulled like a beast and was a magnificent driving machine.

Here is an almost complete list of modifications:

These are most of the key parts salvageable from this car, there's some other misc parts such as brakes, body parts etc that I'm not too concerned with listing. The real value of this is in the swapability to a donor car. This car pulls hard and linear like any good twinscrew setup. I've had two of these Eurosport twinscrew E36 M3's and 8 M3's in total, there's nothing like it.

                                                                  Pros:

                                                                  - low mileage, 111,XXX km

                                                                  - coupe

                                                                  - sounds fantastic

                                                                  - gas mileage is great

                                                                  - interior is really mint

                                                                  - M3 backseats

                                                                  - M3 3-spoke steering wheel with airbag

                                                                  - clutch and shifts feel good

                                                                  - glass headlights

                                                                  - headlights have stock halo wiring, if you're into that

                                                                  - grills are black (this is a pro if you know what they looked like before)

There's only a few things not to love, but every used car has it's quirks, right? Besides, once you 0-60 in this 1.8L 4-cylinder engine, you'll be in love (hopefully).

Other things I'm throwing in with this car:

                                                                  - original steering wheel with airbag

                                                                  - matte black fuel tank door

                                                                  Cons:

                                                                  - no radio currently installed

                                                                  - tires aren't great

                                                                  - locks are sometimes a little bit uncooperative, but they still lock and unlock

                                                                  - ABS light is on

                                                                  %d comments

It's been babied its entire life. VERY clean.

5 speed, just over 230k on the odo.

Only problems are small oil leak from engine. The technician that looked over it for me said it's a very minor issue. The other is a shaky release bearing in the clutch.

                                                                    PM me!

                                                                    %d comments

Looking into purchasing another car so I will more than likely be selling my current daily. I've only owned it a few months but I've done a good amount of maitainance. In the last 4000km I've put in raceland ultimos, aftermarket steering wheel and shift knob, waterpump, thermostat, rad hoses, and serp belts. I've also put a Ken Law chip in it(7000 redline), I've just put in new brake rotors and pads and bled the brakes this past week. Car also has an edelbrock cold air intake and an M3 wing. I've put in new front bushings, I have trailing arm bushings ready to go in(can do before sale), new cam and crank sensor. Car has full leather interior with heated front seats, and air conditioning. Since I put the coilovers in the stock wheels barely fit up front so I picked up some style 5's for the front, I also have a full set of staggered style 72's(e46 M wheels) staggered offset and width to go with the car. Car runs very well and is %100 rust free will try to get it on a hoist soon and take some pics of the underbody. Has a few small things that may be a problem to you.. But pm me and we can talk about it. Not really interested in trades unless it's a cool enough trade to make me not want to import another car

The zymex tool seems to be one of the only ways other then the dealer to reset the system. Looking for someone who is selling or willing to rent one. They seem to have been sold by a guy named Shogun in the online forums but he sold out last year.

Hi all, any help here would be appreciated.

I've got a 91 535i/5 that's been parked pretty much since I bought it. I had it inspected when I purchased it, which revealed some good items and some not so positive.

And then I got in the thing and drove it. Splendid - until I hit about 90km/h.

That's when the poo's came out. But seriously, this thing shimmys like crazy - feels like the whole front end wants to leave the car and go join Zumba or whatever.

Had a look under (I'm an untrained eye) and I saw a very raggedy tie rod end, and the mechanic also said the control arm bushings need to be done. Checked the forums and, from what I read, it's the lower control arms. Bought the car anyways, as it had plenty of service records and I didn't come across many 5 speeds w/ factory LSD.

Anyways, how many hours of labour should I expect (in total) for the shop replace both LCA's? How about the tie rods? Is the problem attributable to upper and lower, or just lower?

Thinking about buying Lemforder arms online with bushings in, just don't wanna get duped on the labour.

This makes the fifth (E46, E36, E30 before, currently F30) BMW in the household, and I was hoping I could avoid the costs the others threw at me by going with the M30. Guess we'll see.

                                                                                    Thanks.

I'm trying to diagnose a driveline problem on a 2008 335xi with a manual trans, any help would be appreciated.

When you go to take off from a stop it feels like you are accidentally in third gear but as soon as the car is rolling it quickly becomes obvious that you are in first gear. You have to give it extra rpm and slip the clutch. The car seem to drive and shift fine otherwise. The clutch engages quite high though. Starting in reverse "seems" normal. The car rolls fine, do dragging brake.

                                                                                      %d comments

                                                                                        The story:

I bought this late March hoping to have a little fun daily and so I could learn more about cars. But I soon discovered drifting and wanted to turn this to a drift car. Bought a welded diff off a mutual friend was ready to order some coilovers. But then I ran into overheating problems. Got a new waterpump and thermostat. But one stormy night after cruising with friends I heard a loud smack.. it was my engine fan smashing into the radiator. I was confused and didnt know too much about cars.. So I replaced those 2 parts. And it happened again.

Since then. I have gone through 3 engine fans and 2 radiators. (Will probably need a new radiator so make that 3) I was stupid and didn't realize my engine mounts were collapsed which led to my engine to move around while driving enthusiastically. At the moment it looks like my engine has moved a couple inches forward.

On top of that I discovered that my transmission mounts were gone as well. It doesn't shift into 1st 3rd or 5th at the moment. I think it might just be the shifter bushings and not the whole transmission because it still catches in 2nd and 4th. It hasn't been insured for 4 months but I

occasionally turn it over and drive it around my parking lot. Its also missing a left signal light and the fender and bumper is slightly damaged near that area. Someone hit me while I was parallel parking.

I have the engine mounts and shifter bushings which will be included, as well as the welded diff.

I just dont have the motivation, time or money to make this work anymore. Going to school very soon and I could use a daily instead of borrowing my parents' car.

Looking for 1500$ But price is negotiable. PM me for details. This car has a lot of potential so I dont have to sell. Just think it would be responsible for me to sell it at this point and time. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a Happy New Year✌️️

                                                                                                          1. As much as I would love to bring back Harambe, I am not a Wizard. :'(

                                                                                                          3. We need a new banner! I am soliciting designs from you now. If you're interested, I'll provide a $50 Amazon.ca gift card to the selected design. THE CRAZIER OR MEME-IER THE BETTER PLS.

The car will start but I wouldn't drive it.

1993 BMW 318i. Only 180,000kms. Automatic. Lowered 2" front and 1 3/4" rear. Tinted windows all the way around (5% rear and 10-15% front passenger and driver). HID headlights and yellow fogs. Wired for subs and amp.

Might throw in a pop up LCD touchscreen display (Bluetooth and hands free) and a sub and amp (2x10") for the right price.

The front end is smushed in. I haven't got the hood open. The headlight housings look to be in good shape. The grille got pushed into the fan and the radiator. Engine still turns over and the radiator isn't leaking so no damage beyond that.

                                                                                                                          Open to offers. $$$
